nm, how about 'rajasa javali jara basa'?
and 'aamhi thaakar thaakar'? and 'din taisee rajani'? and 'bhay ithle sampat naahi'? and 'gandh phulaancha gela saangun'? and 'kevha tari pahate'? and 'sagara pran talmalalaa'? ouff!! and I'm jusssssst beginning  Self - belief is the most potent force.

Good idea.. The choice of songs is great too !! Was wondering if we could have a taste of folk music too... How about jaa.mbhool pikalyaa jhaDakhali ? (sorry about another suggestion based on HM songs) Also noticed that there was no song by Jeetendra Abhisheki. I guess "Abeer gulaala udhaLeeta ranga" would might put a nice tinge. As for Arun Date, I like the duet "sandhikaali ya ashaa" more than "swaragangechya kaaThavarati" !!! Having talked of the legends, I guess you could add a song by the newer generation too - "Avelich kevhaa daaTala andhaar" by Shridhar Phadke or "gaarava" by Milind Ingle ? (  Sorry can't resist the temptation for another HM number - "aala aala vaara, sange paavashaachya dhaara" by Asha B and Anuradha)You must be surely thinking like you shot in your foot by asking us for suggestions !!! (some other singer than asha please) and I will have to drop HM (dayaaghanaa or rasulalla as you call it , my favourite) to get in maajhe gaaNe (another favourite)if you say so, it will have to done dhananjay - aapaN puNerii aahot, paN puNerii khekaDe naahi all suggestions are honestly welcome. I have swapped arun date song with sandhikaali yaa ashaa. I like adding jaambhuL pikalyaa. but which one should I drop for it ?? I have added either fiTe andharache jaaLe or rutu hirva for newer generation. (I really dont think shridhar phaDake qualifies as newer generation, he is older than me ). jitendra abhishekii is represented as MD of kaTyaar kaaLajaat ghusalii.I just want to get in as many singers and MDs as possible. I think vasant desai, prabhu, ram kadam, khaLe, maa. krishnaraav, jitendra abhisheki, sudhir phaDake, C. raamachandra, P. L., dasharath pujaari, shriidhar phaDake, is a good sample of marathi MDs. hmm, I think this program should be done by a non-marathi marathi. (like SB) I will have to pick another 20-30 songs  Here are some that are not in the list for no good reason ushaH kaal hotaa hotaa ghan ghan maalaa - mannaa De gagan sadan tejomay ghanniiLaa laDiwaaLaa sakhyaa re ghaayaaL mii hariiNii airaNiichyaa devaa tulaa and many more. may be august or dhananjay can do a follow up show (songs nm should have picked but is an idiot not to have done so) - 007
