It seems to be a non-film. Can someone verify but it sounds like a movie song from 40s

If you listen to the youtube, you will notice that the music sound

Do You have this, may be it is not a duet.

The youtube link you provided is from the film Pagdi Sambhal Jatta (1960). I don't think there is any duet with Shamshad with the same title.

Thanks I got the info from a database on the web which states the following.
I guess it is wrong in that "Dandan Vich" is a duet and "Pagdi Sambhal" is not a duet.
Not sure about "Galan Goriyan" and whether the Lyricist info is correct.
