Friend's please contribute....my name is Dinesh and i aspire to become one of the leading music director, what are the key factors which helps one becoming so , do i have to undergo any course of training for this or do i need a lot of contact and sacks of money for this??

Hi Dinesh. Well I too wanted to become a composer. but gave up due to many reasons. One reason was I felt that I might not be able to enjoy music like I do as a listener.

Anyway regarding your query. IMO biggest necessity is INTEREST IN MUSIC. if you crazy in music. Iam sure you will compose something good with or without any big breaks.

OPN claimed he never got training. Laxmikant too didnt had any big classical training(minus mandolin) and yet he was the one of the biggest "tune factory " HFM has seen Ravi ran away from home. started as chorus singer and ultimately learnt fine points in HFM and became a legendry composer !


All of these were crazy for music. start experimenting with instruments , learn fundamentals of music, diff musical styles etc. you will definately succeed !
