The male singer I believe is BHUSHAN and not MANNADE.

I have a small doubt on the starting title in the video. The video suggests that Geeta Dutt's version was recorded prior to Lata version. I thought it is the other way around; version songs recorded after the original movie version.

Yes Hari Ram, that is correct. The 2 threads dedicated to Geeta ji's version songs (See the 2nd post) clearly mention that this version song was recorded after the original song was recorded and released.
