thanks anwarbhai for the URL, i had missed it. I heard 'duniya ke rakhwale', and that was an awesome effort Rizwan, specially when u have to take the darbari from the comforts of the mandra saptak to the taar spatak.

i suggest u open an esnips account, upload it there, and mark it here in the 'Hamari Mehfil' thread.

do u have any Rafi hits from Mere Mehboob? or 'Ganga ki Mauj Main? or any Mahendra kapoor karaokes?

Very well done with two difficult but beautiful Rafi songs. You kept right at high pitch notes, and even carved out correct emotions at those notes. Your singing style is very good and you seem to practice a lot of singing. Loved them both.
I agree fully with Harish to make esnips widgets.
We all, on behalf of "Hamari Mehfil" thread, invite you to join, participate and upload your songs in HM as well.
I would love to see more from you soon and thanks in advance for sharing any karaoke tracks.

Wow Rizwan! you are god-sent to me! I want all tracks! After opening an esnips account, create a karaoke folder, and put them all over there, and we'll d/l it from there.

Can you tell me what is the source of these tracks? I have around 15 karaoke CDs of Rafi saheb, and I can tell u that none of the Mere Mehboob songs are there in that.

From the above requests i have ye chand sa roshan chehra and jaan e bahar husn tera bemisaal hai
and brother the tracks at site are of low bitrate coz i converted them..
I m using free hosting and it does not allow me to upload files of size more than 2 mb. The tracks which are uploaded here are of higher quality
and i will upload the requested tracks as early as possible as i m using dialup connection and it takes a lot of time for uploading

And how has one violated attachment guidelines, please be specific; one does not have time to analyse the entire HF codes of practice.

The board rules are not a matter of amusement. The administration too does not have the time to explain each and every rule to the member and so to make it easier all rules have been clearly stated under one page of Board Guidelines. One closer glance will enable you to make it easier for many and not just the administration to approve your posts.

The idea behind adding details of file duration and bitrate, was to make it easier for members to save their precious bytes from downloading tracks they may already possess. In a karaoke media the said details may not be required as it is basically instrumental - but the quality of the file is essential.

I agree the board rules are far from amusing; as regards to file attachments I do appreciate and understand the bit rate rules.

But in this case; file attachment rules are irrelevant because NO FILE has actually been uploaded by me. My attachement was a simple request for a karaoke track.

Some one in Admin seems, is too enthusiastic in throwing the book around.
