R&D you are right it is a Mukesh duet with Noor Jahan. The major portion of the song is sung by Mukesh and in the last there is little humming by Noor Jahan. I could clearly make out her voice in the song. I heard this song few years back. looking forward to its upload

Noor Jehan didn't visit India until 1982. singermukesh website also says
that chand grahan song by mukesh has Noor Jehan humming as well.
That song was recorded in 70s as well. I can't find any other story regarding this.
So this is could be some one else singing.

You are right in saying that this Noor Jahan of 70s was someone else.

There are/were three.

1. Noorjehan-1 (Moti) sang during 30s and 40s.
2. Noorjehan-2..Inaam and Priya's favourite singer.
3. Noorjehan-3.... sang some songs during late 60s and 70s..naache ang ve...
heer ranjha alongwith shamshad and jagjit kaur is another song.

She sang two lines in the song not mere humming

which is also in this CD.
