I have been looking for songs from an old movie from the 50's 'Badshah' which had music by Shanker-Jaikishan. Can someone load some songs or all of them. In my collection I have at least two 'Rula kar chal deeaye' and 'Aa neel gagan talle pyar ham karen'.Only problem is they are on an audio tape and I am still not fully conversant with the conversion process from an analog system to a digital one.Harjinder

I am looking at an audio cassette RPG STHV 831631 THE GOLDEN COLLECTION Sentimental Hits Of The 50's.song #7.On side B of this cassette is ' Rula kar chal deeye' sung by Hemant Kumar (1954), film name Badshah .Music Directors are given as Shanker Jaikishan.'Aa neel gagan tale was recorded from a radio program in Chicago sometimes in the 70's or 80's.I remember the announcer crediting music to Shanker Jaikishan and given movie name was Badshah.Harjinder

Based on Lata's voice, this audio appears to be a late 80s or 90s recording.

'Rulakar chal diye' by Lata is possibly from her Shardhanjli album. I think your post and the above one (#7 ) by Devji might have the same song.Thanks for being helpful though. I will keep an eye on posts here and in music stores for the other Badshah song. Harjinder
