The Departed

Cast: Leonardo Dicapiro,Matt damon,Jack nicholson
Mark walhberg,Martin sheen, Alec baldwin
Vera farmiga etc;
The departed is a thrill ride throughout with a script that keeps the audience guessing at every turn.
Performances by this A listed cast are exceptional, with Jack nicholsan and Leonardo topping all.
The closing not so great.....seems a little forced.
All in all with outstanding performances all round, " The Departed " is certainly worth seeing.

The film is set in South Boston, where the state police force is waging a war against organized crime, and young undercover cop Billy Costigan( Leonardo decapiro) is assigned to infiltrate the mob syndicate run by gang lord Costello( Jack Nicholson)...........N Collin Sullivan is( Matt damon) a criminal infiltrated into the police force....
