First question was tough. I searched and got the answer but will not post it so as to give chance to someone who genuinely knows the answer.

Are you sure about first question? I guess Leander got his only bronze in 1996 Atlanta olympics in singles event. I guess in 2000 only Karnam Malleshwari won bronze in women's weightlifting
