Raat Chup Chhap Dabe Paon - Hemant Kumar - Hemant Kumar"

For me, singing sad songs often has a way of healing a situation. It gets the hurt out in the open into the light, out of the darkness.

You want to check this old link of HF -

http://www.hamaraforums.com/lofiversion/in...php/t76937.html

"Here's an interesting one that I came across about a decade ago - Gulzar's non-film song 'kaash ek baar kabhi' is a Hemant/Asha tandem, but with a caveat. Asha recorded her version about 10 years after Hemant and her version starts with the antara 'raat chup chaap dabe paanv' instead of the mukhda 'kaash ek baar'; so I'm not sure if this falls within the definition of tandem - it's more of a version song. "

Joy, sorrow, tears, lamentation, laughter — to all these music gives voice, but in such a way that we are transported from the world of unrest to a world of peace, and see reality in a new way, as if we were sitting by a mountain lake and contemplating hills and woods and clouds in the tranquil and fathomless water.
