(Manoj) Do Badan (1966)
Raj Khosla directed this hard on luck young lovers tragic story that was sometimes hard to swallow because of its assumptions about people and their behaviors. One redeeming feature of the film was its beautiful music by Ravi. Almost all songs were huge hits and haven't lost their appeal in 45 years since they were first heard. Apart from Lataji' fine solo and the couple of lovelies of Rafi Saab, there are two beautiful solos by Asha. Her solo "Jab Chali Thandi Hawa" is one of my favorites where Asha seems like puts deeply felt feelings into the song to make it such a memorable listening experience. I am uploading these songs on request. Almost all of them are from an original soundtrack album with a couple of exceptions noted. Here are these memorable songs... Attached image(s)

(Amitabh) Aakhree Raasta (1986)
Amitabh played father and son in the same movie many times. This was another one of them. With Amitabh having problems regaining his magic touch, this movie with familiar theme that was told umpteen times before surfaced. Somehow it became a modest hit. (Rajendra) Hamrahi (1963)
This movie based on a hit Telugu film became one of the biggest hits made by L.V. Prasad. One of the main reason was its beautiful songs. I have a couple of my favorites in this album. Lata's "Mann Re" is melodiously mesmerizing. The other one is the title song, a duet, "Mujh Ko Apne Gale Laga Lo". This was sung by that seldom used talent of Mubarak Begumji with Rafi Saab. I am uploading these songs in three back-to-back posts on request. The first two posts contain all of the songs from an original soundtrack album.
