Actually, there is a film from 1978 called "Kaanon ka shikaar" that had music by Meena Mangeshkar.
That film was originally called "Asambhav" (according to the HFGK) and the songs in the spreadsheet
above are from that film. BTW, one of the Lata solos was not in the HFGK.
But there is more confusion. The actors in the 1978 film are Kabir Bedi and Neelam Mehra (though
Rohini Hattangady and Saeed Jaffrey are not mentioned).
There is a 80s film called "Asambhav" that I have seen. But I cannot recall who was in it. Obviously
it did not make a great impression on me smile1.gif
Since the HFGK does not go beyond 1980, I cannot get more information. And a google and imdb
search did not reveal much either.

actually sangeet ji it is from casssette,s which used to come in early 80,s without any label or company name in that i ve songs of shyamla asmbhav one from suraj dhalne ke baad n shehar se door etc...and yes sangeetji the songs mentioned above if you ve, please do upload....

That is a great find Neeraji Because I have never seen Vinyl of Aaashbhav also and shemaroo vcd had deleted the 3 songs. So thank you so much.
Do you have tape of Subh Chintak? I had seen a naqli cass of this in NY and I want to kick myself for not picking it up that day. It was gone next time i went there sad1.gif
