HumTum-ji ... I haven't watched the movie really...this is a CD-rip. And the CD cover only has one picture of Ajay Devgan & Twinkle Khanna...so that's from the Jaan (1996) movie.

So this is how the story goes...I saw this Ram Rajya (1967) VCD online for purchase and since I needed a lot of songs from there, I ordered it so that my Mom could bring it here for me.
Now that I finally get to see it..it turnes out it is the 1943 version. Me more upset than mad. I had heard just one song from this 1943 film before...probably the most famous song in the film..which is Saraswati Rane's Beena Madhur Madhur Kachhu Bol. So for some reason, I decided to watch this movie just for that one song. Well - it is an amazing movie I must say!! I had no idea I could like and enjoy such old films. The movie raises a lot of issues and kinda solves the issues too, I feel. And the war scenes were so coooool, considering it was made in the 1940s. And this film is loaded with a TON of superb song/music - must hear. Manna Dey's voice is so young...but he sings as fantastic as always. And this movie is a must see.
