Thank you very much for some lovely numbers.
Been following your posts and plugging the gaps in my collection, so to speak.
Thank you once again.

King Kishore ji - you're very welcome. smile.gif I love what you've done in the SD Burman forum - it's your thread of songs from selected movies given music by Sachin da. The concept, the selection, and the presentation - everything is just perfect.
Hope to see that thread grow into a tall vine - not of the ivy kind. tongue1.gif

A true music collector would find delight in sharing, and hasn't that been proved already by this forum's veteran collectors? There isn't even the need to name them, for we all know them and their selfless contribution even though we might not always acknowledge them.

There, i've said what i had to say. Now you may hate me all you like.
For those who want to send in their hate-mails, i have some good news - the PM facility is now on abled mode. smile.gif

Sajdah

Amen To That.

Sanjkash sahab, why would you say that? sad.gif
Aren't you the skipper here - you set the course that's best, we'll follow you.

Thanks very much for that duet from Samrat Chandragupt. All the songs from this movie are great favourites of mine, some more so. Like this one.
Did you ever get a chance to see the movie? Nirupa Roy was the female lead opposite Bharat Bhushan - to think there was a time when she was young and beautiful. From playing lead roles to being the star mother in the 70's - she was a consummate actress in every way. The dignity of her presence onscreen was something to watch and admire.

There are uploads and uploads, but the ones of this kind make the uploader unique. Congrats.

I have changed many views in life since my childhood, but not my view of Rafi Saab as the God-sent Gandharva who visited this Earth briefly to spread ultimate ecstasy among genuine music-lovers!
