(Hema) Kranti (1981)

Dilip Kumar, one of the most brilliant actors of our times, was going through a patch of rough period starting in 70's with a string of flops in a row. Manoj Kumar, who held Dilip in high esteem and as his hero from his childhood, took him to play his father in this movie that he co-wrote, produced, and directed. The movie with a patriotic theme and had a huge cast assembled for it. It worked and became a huge hit. This revived Dilip's career that saw him appear in several successful films after this one.

(Asha) Professor ki Padosan (1993)

This was the last movie Sanjeev Kumar was in before he passed away because of a massive heart attack he suffered. After his death 10 of his completed films were released with this being the last film. The film was only three quarters complete when he died. The story was altered and the movie was completed without Kumar's presence.

(Hema) Kudrat (1981)

This Chetan Anand film had shades of Bimlada's memorable classic "Madhumati (1958)". It also had beautiful music composed by RD with several lovely songs. Tithe standout of the album is the song “Humein Tum Se Pyaar Kitna". A great song sung separately by Kishoreda and Parveen Sultana; both separately rendered and composed. The one sung by Kishoreda was composed in popular style whereas the song by Sultana was composed in the classical style.
