1 plate curd, 1 plate boiled veg, 1/2 plate veg raita
and a 50 gm strawberry ice cream cup(mother dairy) tongue1.gif

No chapatis, rice etc

I should see Marci bhai sometime. This kind of meal regiment definitely has a gymming routine attached. I could use a few tips!

You have good taste! I love Razma-Chaawal with some achar and yoghurt...although I have to cut down on the achar because of the cooler weather approaching winter. My drink of choice is actually Pinot followed by CabSav then Shiraz.....which countries Merlot are you sipping???
