Shamshad Begum- Geet Kosh A rare and complete book on living legend Shamshad Begum,the great playback singer of yesteryears is going to hit the world of music in July 2008. Fuelled by my efforts and research for the last 7 years I introduce to you her life and contribution of more than 1600 songs in Hindi,Urdu,Punjabi,regional languages and non film songs.Detailed listings include the first line of song,year,composer,lyricist,gramophone record numbers and artists who have performed on the screen.The book also has a collection of rare photographs of various artists.
