You are right Vegetarian meal served on Banana leaf...,,,, Had a Thali meal at Amaravathy, Andhra style and Fried fish and Lime/soda...WOW Man i miss that ... eating on banana leaf with hand all over food. - Just another gummy bear fan

You are right Vegetarian meal served on Banana leaf...,,,, Had a Thali meal at Amaravathy, Andhra style and Fried fish and Lime/soda...WOW Man i miss that ... eating on banana leaf with hand all over food. Umm...if and when you come to Bangalore sorry Bengaluru you must try the Banana Leaf meal at Woodlands........very very good...... A chain of restaurants.....they have branches in the UAE and London if i am not mistaken also in Singapore and Hongkong....they are basically from Udipi in karnataka... A chain of restaurants.....they have branches in the UAE and London if i am not mistaken also in Singapore and Hongkong....they are basically from Udipi in karnataka... Had Naan,Butter chicken,dhal and bhindi masala.....N ice cream.... wow, looks like they have business all over. I feel somewhat like Nirulas of Delhi but they were swallowed by pizza-hut and Dominos. Woodlands being authentic Indian chain so I guess they survived global onslaught. There are many who still prefer thumbs up, no wonder coca cola brought it back - Just another gummy bear fan
