Is your Vartmaan - Kabhi Tum Ho Sanam and Maasoom Gawah from CD? I have these in poor quality.

Also, please sir post Lafdaa (Hue Door To Bahut Yaad Aayi).

It is from VCD as well except for Rafi song others are pretty decent.
