I was sent this link from a friend with a comment that this is one of the "worst choreographed songs in Hindi cinema".

Would anyone help me identify it.... Movie name.. Actor etc...

It is not Saahil Chaddha. What you see in the clip is not the film Khooni Raat. While this song is indeed from Khooni Raat, the clip is probably made by some amateur just for kicks.
