Hum Panchhi Ek Daal Ke (1957)

Here is one of the early movies about national integration. AVM Productions were coming off great back to back commercial successes they enjoyed with their two previous movies, "Bhai Bhai" and "Chori Chori". This movie didn't have any "real" stars in it. Child artiste Daisy Irani had the major starring role. Upcoming actor Jagdeep was cast in an important supporting role. It was expected that the movie was not going to do well. However, quite unexpectedly, it hit the bulls eye. The movie won critical acclaim as well as became a commercial success. It won several awards including President's Gold Medal. It made Jagdeep a recognizable name that led AVM to sign him for a multi-movie contract. But somewhere along he became a comedian and not the serious actor that he showed promise in some of these early movies.

I am uploading all the songs from this album. The song "Suno Suno" is quite long in duration (10:29). The album broke it down into three parts. I am uploading these three parts as well as the full song which comprises these three parts put together. If you download the full version then you don't need the three parts of the song.
