this the first time I have logged in and am trying to download, it say downloading by is not getting downloaded, can you seed the same.

I've uploaded a fresh torrent file for this thread today, but I'm getting the error "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." Do I need to make some changes in my uTorrent client? Can anyone help?
