As per this site (http://www.ultraindia.com/movies/filmography/filmography.php?choice=1&na=SHRIMATI%20420&set=&PHPSESSID=e813b0da34f12ada145a8ec406c35c20) and some others they credit N.Dutta for this movie. Can one of the seniors please clear the doubt about whether its OP Nayyar or N. Dutta?
