By the way, the ID3 tag of the mp3 file mentioned Rafi and Asha as singers. I believe this song was rendered by Rafi and Lata, not Asha

Are you sure the song you mentioned "Piya kaise milu tujhse mere paanv padi zanjeer" is from this movie? The lines "paanv padi zanjeer" is reminiscent of another song by Lata-ji, "Kaisey aaoon Jamuna ke theer, paanv padi zanjeer,
haiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii"!

A fact that I would like to share with is that I used to take classes in Vocal from the assistant of MD Vasant Desai.This gentleman was Vasant Patil and when I had asked him about Rafisaab for Gunj Uthi Shehnayee.He used to take pride in indulging in reminicsence of the fact that he used to make payments to singers and was also loud in telling that Rafi saab was a gem of a person.When I was getting trained in Raag Shivranjini It was he who brought to my knowledge that Rafisaab's normal base was 1 key higher than what it is/was for other singers and also that if Rafisaab were to sing Jaane kaha gaye wo Din which is based on that Raag he would have sung it on a note higher than what Mukesh had sang.

BTW you mentioned that Maine peena seekh liya has been U/L ed but I could not find it.
