hello friends,
here are three songs from 1957 film samundar which had music by maestro madanmohan.rajendra krishan wrote the lyrics and the film starred premnath,bina roy,ulhas,hiralal ,nishi ,sundar etc.the film was directed by premnath himself.
the three songs are-
1]-dil ko lagayein yeh gawara bhi nahin[geeta dutt solo];
2]-le gaya dekho dekho dil bhi hamara,hai nashili teri aankhon ka ishara[geeta-rafi duet];
3]-gao re khushiyon ka tarana,jhoom ke aayi azadi[rafi -geeta song where rafi sahab is the main singer and geeta joins with the chorus in later half of the song;infact 78 rpm record credits only rafisahab as the singer]
