vishhayAn - has a deeper meaning ... I think it means 'wordly objects'
pumsah - person
sangastEshhUpajAyatE --- sangah + tEshhu + upajAyatE
sangah = association
teshhu = among / with them
upajAyatE - arises / starts
(when) a person concentrates on 'wordly objects', he starts associating with themsangAt = from association
sanjAyatE = arises / springs forth
kAmah = desire
kAmAt = from desire
krOdhObhijAyatE --- krOdhah + abhijAyatE
krOdhah = anger (also means sorrw here, I suppose
)
abhijAyatE = arises
From association, springs forth desire (and) from desire arises angerkrOdhAt = from anger
bhavati = exists (from)
sammOhah = delusion
sammOhAt = from delusion
smRtivibhramah = forgetfullness (forgetting whats right and wrong)
