i found the hindustan ki kasam song on musicindiaonline
but i not sure how good sound will be
will try to record it from there for now!

Yup, on Zee TV in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa there was a kid named Anshu Anand who sang this song when he was on. This kid had bachelors in music at the age of 12 or something.
The song is from film Zindagi. Wonderful song it is!! I'll upload it in a bit.
