It's from " DAHLEEZ" sung by Mahendra Kapoor and Bhupinder, music Ravi.

There is a song from the 1986 film "Dahleez" whose lyrics are
Ek adhoori si mulaaqat hui thhi jinse
jaane ab unse mulaaqat kabhi ho ke na ho

The music is by Ravi and the singers are Bhupinder and Mahendra Kapoor.
