There is an Asha-ji song "Yeh Dil Kisko Doon", which I guess is the title song of the movie. By any chance, do you or others have that?

Nope. I only have the duets with Rafisaab from the Rafi forum.

I had altogether forgotten that song, until I heard a clip of it in the background of the Menu Screen of the Asha Bhosle DVD from which I ripped some songs for you. Let me check it out again for the length of the clip, and if it is of a reasonable duration I'll upload the clip for your collection. For starters!
As it turned out, the song was 'Itni Badi Mehfil Aur Ek Dil Kisko Doon" from "DIL APNA AUR PREET PARAYE". The DVD did have the full song.
