Unni tell us more abt removing noise. I have so many songs to clean and haven't a clue.

I'll tell you what I do with the software I have.
1) Record from the audio-cassette in MONO
2) Convert it to STEREO (
splits the track into two channels with resultant two 'thinner' tracks)
3) "NORMALIZE" the tracks (restores to original "thickness" the 'breadth" of each channel).
4) Listen to it in SONIC FOUNDRY and usually "SOFTEN" the track marginally to reduce the tape hiss (with mid-setting). Delete any tape hiss before/after the song. Also occasionally use "FADE IN" at the beginning of the song and "FADE OUT" at the end.
5) Listen to the track in MusicMatch JukeBox and remove any pop/crackle, then adjust volume to DEFAULT.
In my experience, MusicMatch is not very effective in removing pop/crackle. I use another program called "DePopper", but that came with the unit I bought as the intermediary external hardware unit for copying from cassette to computer.
Sometimes, the program to remove the pop/crackle gets over-enthusiastic and distorts the sound.

In which case I reject that track and revert to the earlier one.
If a recording is particularly bad, with a lot of disturbance, the FILTER function helps. But, for me at least, this is a 'trial and error' method with the various settings.
So now you have an idea of the time and effort it takes to provide you a song.
BE GRATEFUL!

But at least, you don't ask for CDQ of uncommon songs!
