One song missing in the list is the one from "Sangeet Samrat Tansen", music by SNT.
It is by Asha, Lata and Manna Dey (perhaps that is why it is not in the list since it
is strictly not a duet). Excellent song, and sadly, a good recording is hard to find.
When EMI released this soundtrack on CD, this song was missing.
The lyrics are "Megha aao re".

Thanks for digging this up, Priya. I have the "mirchi" song you refer to, got it from HF itself. Will find it and upload. Its in the lavni format but in hindi (not marathi).

Another duet missing here is "varnan karein kya maiya, ram ji ki shobha" from the film "Lav Kush" released in the early 90s. It was recorded after Aaina (aaina hai mera chehra), so it is probably their last duet together. Unlike the ainaa track where their lines follow each other (are not conversational), the love kush track has them singing a line each. In fact, they repeat each others lines throughout the song.

ps: SB ji, the song you point out is an omission from the list. I dont think the list comprises of pure duets only. The song "suno jo suno, unhein pakdo" is not a pure duet either, it is a "truet"(?) between Asha, Lata, and Usha. Possibly the only song where all 3 sisters are heard together.

Mubarak ho woh dil jisko kisi se pyaar ho jaye has all 3 voices distinct too.

Just dled the song BC/Ooonz. This is the same version I had. The write up mentions a longer version with less alaaps on a 4 cass set ' Classical Songs from Films'. This is said to include the stanza bairii aisi dhun mein bole.

I have one cass of classical songs but it is those of great masters who sang in films. Anyone has this set. Can we get the full version? TG mera saath do...dekho ekshtra shtazha ki baat ho rahi hai...woh bhi Lata wala gana.
