Bobbyji to be honest I do not understand why U are directing these posts to me! I did not request the song--I have heard this stanza all my life and never imagined that one day due to HMV's cutting policies it would become a rare gem. I have the song with the 2 stanzas in Asha's live show in London but the one with all 3 stanzas is lost. If U have that --original recording with all 3 stanzas do ul that but where do I fit into this picture? How does a discussion that I had in yahoo sks with Jayantji get extended in this manner in this forum?

Oh well then that's fine. Actually I have always taken the song as 3 stanzas for granted. So did not even realise I did not have it any longer till Jayantji brought up the subject on sks. That is when I knew that most people thought it was just a 2 stanza duet!!!! Then realised that HMV is no longer releasing the full song and my old casette got entangled and was thrown out a long time back!!!
But well I am sure this is available unlike gems from the 40s and 50s--bas ab zara dhoondna padega!!!

to me this cliping does'nt sound like of same era ....i think it is not recorded at the same time when other songs of the movie was recorded. MAY BE I M WRONG.

I am unable 2 undrstand why ppl r taking things personaly.Some1 told me in some other forum "hey dn't take things personaly as we members keep piling on others as we kne them for so long".I think it happened in sks only.So here also we all r frnds only naahhhhh!!!So no taking things personaly thinking the arrow is directed 2 him/her.

Coming 2 the all important song I hv asked few pundits here & all r of the opinion tht the song with all the 3 stanzas never got released in the original version.Yes it did when remixed or in the live show 1.But pundits may b wrong also.If some1 had this song or casette I do think its a prized posession 2 kept very close 2 his/her heart.
