Today I got DVD of movie Shree Krishna Leela
quite a few Asha songs, anyone knows ?

desai! thing is i started listening to everyone and then started focusing on more rafi's work, and actually still am cause it's endless, but it's soooo hard to rip out songs and videos and stuff, download songs on all forums, upload songs and stuff....... i mean i'm not like unni or nimmi or priya (the south indian trinity) with a doctorate plus dedication in this kind of work : )

but now for sure i'll be trying to get out whatever i have on the other artiiisstesss!

i wanted to ask you - how are you ripping the videos, what program you're using?
and they seem to be in many parts, so will they join together or stay individual ?

i'm using ImTOO ripper - i can't get the files to be any small

If your operating system is win xp (sigh! I kept recommending thinking it is for all OSs ) you can use window media encoder provided by good ol' Microsoft.

Yesterday I downloaded another software and still trying to work on it.. It is ok but not as good as WME.

I think you should use Imtoo MPEG conerter to enclode the video to 3GP fomat which will be in minimum file size.Also you can use VCD cutter 4.04 to extract audio or Sound forge8 to extract audio.

If I could pay the price, I could pay for the bandwidth instead and dl them myself na?

Sharad you gotto to try with window media streaming option.. that is what I do and set the size to 320 x 240 for compressed formats..

For large size I used for computer use and choose the dvd quality (1mbps) and cd quality for audio.. - the quality is superb for the size you have u/l

Me happy with zilla that gives rm files of 5 -8 mb.
But isn't it easier to record audio?

it went from 9 megs to 25 megabytes, sadly
