Various articles I have read have said that "Chanchal Sheetal Nirmla Komal" from 'Satyam Shivam Sundaram' was the last song Mukesh recorded, before he left for his US tour with Lata. On that tour he unfortunately passed away.
Last released new song by Mukeshji ever is in 1997. Film Chand Grahan
He had three songs for that film.
The last song he ever recorded was indeed the Chanchal Sheetal Nirmal song from Satyam Shivam Sundaram. After Mukeshjis death...
1977 - several films had his voice; Khel Khilari Ka, Farishta Ya Qatil, Darinda, Imaan Dharam, Dharam Veer, Amar Akbar Anthony, Chandi Sona, Mukti, Karma, Jaaneman
1978 - also several films, though his popularity declined slowly: Satyam Shivam Sundaram, Ahuti, Tumhari Kasam, Parmatma
1979 - not too many films: Ganga Aur Geeta, Bombay By Nite
1980 - very rare; Sanjh Ki Bela, Patthar Se Takkar, Shaitan Aur Mujrim
1981 - very rare; Maila Anchal, Farz Aur Pyar
1982 - Arohi
1983 - Chor Mandali
1986 - Love and God (just one line in that song; Rahega Jahan Mein Tere Naam)
1997 - Chand Grahan
A noteable mention is that in 1994, the film name Mohra, where Mukesh-recorded song "Na Kajre Ki Dhar" was used. However, Pankaj Udhas's voice was used instead.
