Various articles I have read have said that "Chanchal Sheetal Nirmla Komal" from 'Satyam Shivam Sundaram' was the last song Mukesh recorded, before he left for his US tour with Lata. On that tour he unfortunately passed away.

Last released new song by Mukeshji ever is in 1997. Film Chand Grahan
