Looking on singermukesh.com, this song was released in 1981!!! (About five years after his passing away in 1976). I don't think Sanjeev Kohli could have composed this as this song sounded like it was recorded in the 1960s or perhaps even earlier. I may be wrong though.

BTW... Sanjeev Kohli "recreated" Madan Mohan's music in Veer Zaara. Wouldn't it be quite interesting if older generation music director's unreleased work get released in new voices. Na Kajare Ki Dhar (in another topic on this forum) is one of those.
