Don't have any idea about the name of the movie/singer but era is most probably 80's or 90's

If I am not wrong it's a Bappi Lahiri song og the 90's.

Its from a movie called sanam tere hai hum i checked online and i dont have it. Bappi Lahiri did the music for that movie.

It seems that nobody had this song.....can anybody just gives me details about the movie and the actors in that...or if just give me some idea how I can get this song.....
