I dont understand why people have not fulfilled ure request, some of this are very common and some where already uploaded / downloaded by many here....

I too was wondering why no one fulfilled the requests--I frankly missed the post altogther. I guess since many of these songs are not rare for the ususal Asha fan the songs must be on cd and then one needs to get it out and convert it--that's why I could ul the duet easily as it was on the hard disc--all the others I hjave on tapes or cds.

Before U rebuke or recriminate me Unni, the unspoken rebuff that the request received was not due to any recalcitrance, reluctance or repugnance on our part. It was certainly a little remiss but the regrettable issue was redressed and remedied by 2 of us responsible and resourceful members while U stood by and resorted to recreant and regressive rhetoric. Ur reprimands and moral rectitude are quite uncalled for and will receive instant reprisal. The forum is one of repute and this kind of repellent repining and remorseless remonstration from a representative of the respectable admin grp is regrettable and will have reckonable repurcussions. U can rectify the matter through repentance and reparation and a resolve to restore order on the forum.

Dear Priya and Jay thanks a lot the songs. And boy what a 're'markable 're'tort was given in 're'spone! It's worth the wait.

BTW, listening to 'Zara haule haule chalo', I felt it was much slower than the movie version. Since I heard it long ago, I am not sure if I am imagining things! I also felt the same about different versions of the song, 'Main bhawra tu hai phool'. The mp3s are much faster, and the tape much slower. Do anyone share my feelings or am I hallucinating?

chilman-e-husn - chilman is a window blind, or say curtain or say viel to do a parda thing.... husn is ofcourse everyone knows it as beauty...again it makes no sense

furkat se sharmana - Furqat is judaai , seperation, parting..... sharmana as u all knows its being coy and shy... can you be seperate and shy ? From whom ? does not make sense at all naa ????

Now if you add all this togather it looks like wah wah shayari but its total non-sense... there is an old belief about how this joke came into place.. I knew paimana and chilman and the rest but furqat and durakht eluded me. I was calling Sajjadbhai because he always calls himself a Hyderabadi but I have to translate the Hindi on yahoo sks for him.
