Exon, great uploads. BTW, this was the debut film of composer Kalyanaji. I have somewhere read that the film was produced by Subhash Desai (brother of Manmohan Desai) and he hired beggars to sing the song "Chahe paas ho chahe door ho" at various corners of the city to poularize the music of the film before its release.

I have heard slightly different tale. Subhash Deasi was not very happy with the music of the film and wanted them to compose new tunes, so KA got some beggars to sing some of the songs outside Subhash Desai's residence. He mentioned the fact to KA, who knowingly replied saying what did we tell you that there was nothing wrong with the songs.

Sukesh, thats correct. I am sorry for the incorrect info. I had read this in a book written by Shirish Kanekar and my memories of that book are like 15 or 20 yr old.
