This afternoon, I saw and heard an excellent Ghazal female singer on DD-Lok Sabha, in their "Cultural Bouquet" program.

This female singer appeared to be a Punjabi/Muslim or even a Kaur!!!!

But, what a delight it was to watch her concert! Singing so beautifully, so effortlessly and also so pleasantly (in the visual sense).

She may be around 40 and make no mistake, she is very attractive to look at!

Can someone identify this female singer for me, so I can further pursue her works/songs, etc.?

This female singer I mentioned above has sung on that DD Lok Sabha channel, among others, these two ghazals so beautifully, with her own lovely sangats/adaayen.

1."Ae Katibe Taqdir Mujhe Itna Bataa De"---that famous Ghazal also sung by K.L.Siagal

2. "Aaj Jaane Ki Zid Na Karo"---that famous Ghazal made popular by Farida Kanum

I am fondly hoping that someone or the other can guide me to her name! Please help.
