Once again based on the information I have gathered from HF and other sites on the net, Geeta ji sang 7 songs composed by the
great composer Khwaja Khurshid Anwar sahab for the film Neelam Pari (1952)

All these songs have been shared on HF a few times. The files I have are from a friend and in reasonable good audio quality.
