why do u call it funny?

Thanks for the song. First time I will hear the audio version of this one. Always heard it from my mom until now She used to hum this one a lot when I was a kid.

Actually i dont know the context/situation according to the narration of the movie, but i liked the jolly tempo of the music in this song. So it might not be funny on the screen, but when someone just listen to the song, it can sound like a funny song.
