I don't have the lyrics, but it's safe to say the chorus is exactly the same to say the least. You know that by listening to the song.

From the lyrics posted I think just the Mukhada of this song is same as Gentleman #.

Anu Malik and the Bhatts got away without even acknowleding AR Rehman after using his music as is from Tamil version, Wondering if Rahat Indori also got his inspiration for his lyrics from that Madan Manjari #.
