I know of several of these on the web but I came across one that was new to me today and so far I think it's the best one so I thought I'd share the link to help others. I know some Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan fans like to understand the Punjabi ones better.

http://www.ijunoon.net/punjabi_dic/p2eng.asp

Site also has Urdu, Balochi and Sindhi dictionaries but I haven't checked those out yet.

huh.gif at words Sonu is trying. . . See, I used it to actually look up lyrics, so far it hasn't failed me - like I wanted to know Zardi, I had a feeling of what it meant, but it helps me to confirm it - it returns results for both Zardi and Jardi (in the context I was looking it up, it means sallowness) - I also now realize why Zarda is called that, lol.

Kotha result is here http://www.ijunoon.net/punjabi_dic/p2engre....x=0&I1.y=0
BTW, it takes partial entries and gives you more results that way as well. For example, kot yields these results and there is a "next" button at the bottom for more results.
