"Zamane ka dastoor hai yeh purana", so expressionably rendered by Lata and Mukesh in their salad years, will remain, of course, a perennial for all times to come, and it is our good fortune that we still get to hear, over half a century after its creation, this Anil Biswas classic over the air every now and then. No less accomplished, however, were Anilda's other compositions for the film, six of which I post here. Some of them have been taken from Surinder Singh's vintage website, and their quality is not too good ... if anyone has better versions, please u/l:
