Does anyone have any info on this MD 's other mainstream work like this one? Looks like he ahs done couple of mythologicals

I see Raftar (1950's) in the listing (starring - Talat Mahmood and Nadira), Sangeet bhai. That is the only one that looks like a mainstream movie, the rest are all 'Hey bhagwan' movies.

This film was a film on national integration... depicting the joint family , members of which were coming from different states... the heroine is dark skinned (made to look so) and a gifted singer and there are constant remarks on how nice it would have been if she was good singer as well as beautiful! Phew!! we ahve indeed come a long way

I have a Rafi song from Oonchi Haveli(1955), "Daulat Ke Jhoothe Nashe Mein". The title does not seem to be a mythological but the song is heavily moralistic... poor guy was stuck willy nilly with being good... If anyone wants it, will upload.

p.s. "Rangila Raja" from Hari Ram's list is the only one that gives hope... but that might also be a "See what happened to this bad guy" kind of deal...
