Hi Cyb0rg,

As you can see I am a newbie to the forum, so posing a stupid question.

Most of the CDs and the songs we buy end up with much higher bit rates these days, 320 kbps and that range.
Is there any way we can create a copy from those with a lower bit rate?
Would you consider removing/revisng the upper restriction on the bit rate?
