Ameer-e-Basra’s anger forces him to issue an order to stone Kais to death. Every stone thrown at Kais, hurts Laila; proclaiming their love to be pure and free of lust.
Ameer-e-Yaman, possessed by his love towards his son, Kais, surrenders his pride and advances a hand of friendship towards Laila’s father Ameer-e-Basra, and requests to unite Kais and Laila and marry them off. Ameer-e-Basra agrees upon one condition that Kais is to give a sabut that he is not deewana. However, Kais fails in the test and Ameer-e-Basra decides on Laila’s marriage to Ign-e-Salaam.
Kais gets kidnapped and locked away. A rumor is spread through out the city that Kais has been killed by a wild animal. But Laila does not believe so and in an accident she loses her memory and forgets everybody including Kais. Ameer-e-Basra takes advantage of this situation and weds Laila to Ign-e-Salaam.
Kais lamenting over Laila’s marriage, drops a tear, which magically truns into a moti. A prophet presents this moti to Ign-e-Salaam, who later shows it to Laila.
