Hi Everyone
I am looking for two songs 'Goonga tota bol pia' from a Punjabi movie that was released in the 70's or later. Its male lead was an actor with last name Kaul. This song was sung (I think) by Lata mangeshkar. Second song is from a movie that had Virender and Preety Sapru singing this duet some of whose words were 'Chunni meri malamal (Makhmal?) di shara ra ra'. If I remember,correctly there may have been a scene where Virender was driving a tractor in part of this song.Any ideas? Harjinder

Sorry to disappoint you but I do not have your requested song. I have a vague memory of this or a similar song from fifties (?) that was played sometimes on radio and on loudspeskers in Punjab. There are two songs which were very well known in forties and fifties (1) Chuuni lai surmaie kurey toh
lagdi badli jahii kurey. (2) Aapney charoon lal guvaa key turya javey suker gujaarey, paari chhaley lamakan leeran haal fakiraan.
