I did go to earthmusic.net, but could not find the Na Tadpane Ki Ijjajat Hai either searching by song's words or by Suraiya's name! Also, I find that there are many errors in this database. But that cannot be helped because it is really vast.

Any other sources for checking the details?

Any good sites on Suraiya/Noor Jehan/Suman/Shamshad, which you have visited and from where such particulars are easily available?

It is told that the cry of anguish at the end of this saddest of all sad songs, was such a reality that she was actually weeping through its last lines...as was desired by the music composer Firoz Nizami. Incidentally it was in this film only that Rafi sang his first duet with Noor Jehan Yahan Badla Bafa Ka Bewafai Ke Siwa Kya Hai and what a memorable duet it has proved itself to be.
