I am waiting your comment ...and I hope PRADEEP JI shoud not had a grudge against me ( once again ,excuse my english )..
The song is from film PYAASA SAWAN
SINGER KAMLESH THAHUR
MP3 128 5 mins 15
TITLE : TERA SAATH HAI TO MUJHE KYA KAMI HAIClick to view attachmentThanks for uploading this song. The is actually Dr. Kamlesh
Awasthi who had the short-lived fortune to act as a "Mukesh" voice for four films in the 1980s. (Pyasa Sawan pictured on Jeetendra, Naseeb pictured on Shatrughna Sinha singing with Anwar Hussain and Suman Kalyanpur, Gopichand Jasoos for Raj Kapoor [RK selected him, as he truly felt that "Mukesh was reborn" in his voice] with solos and duets with Usha Khanna, Lataji, and Asha-tai, and one duet in Oonch Neech Beech with Suresh Wadkar picturized on Sanjeev Kumar). My opinion was he does has some style of Mukesh in him. He doesn't have that bass-nature of Mukeshji's style. I heard Kamlesh Awasthi live twice live and while he sings very well, you don't get that same effect.
With Mukesh clones, Nitin can have shades where he can sound like him. Babla Mehta sounds too sharp and throwing excess "Mukesh-ornamentations." He also has the tendency to be very nasal. Listen to his rendition of "Waqt Karta Jo Wafa" and listen to "hum bhi auron ki tarah." You'll see except what I mean. Shailendra Singh sounded like a young version of Mukeshji when he sang in Bobby. That's all I say for him. After that, his voice suddently got a lot deeper and sorry to say, besur at times. Manhar was one of the few Mukesh clones that never got wrapped up in overnasaling the great singer. Listen to his Vishwas duet (which was actually meant to have been sung by Mukeshji), his two Purab Aur Paschim songs, his one Abhimaan song, etc. up to "Tu Mera Hero Hai" from Hero. From that point, his voice got deeper and he didn't sound like a Mukesh spin-off.
Listen to "Oh Zindagi Ey Meri Bebasi" from Sapnon Ka Saudagar and you'll see what (and where) the clones lack.
